Thank Goddess the manga is still on-going, and their relationship is taking a drastic turn for the better.

If anyone has read the latest chapters, you’re in for a big surprise: the reason why Keiichi has been so indecisive regarding his relationship with Belldandy: the original wish was blocking his desire for Bell via The Ultimate Force.

Since that contract was voided by Keiichi through Belldandy’s suggestion, a new contract was formed with a kiss. Now he sees Bell in a different light and all his feelings for her have been multiplied; his ‘desire’ for her has been ‘unblocked’.
