@ Anon 06:55 – I didn’t write anything about the /fairness/ of the guy being convicted; I wrote about the /likelihood/ — high — of the guy being convicted.

As to nude photos, I think they would fall into the category of ‘circumstantial evidence’.

If such nude pics of the two of them exist and were presented in evidence, they would make it more likely he would be convicted.

Please remember Japan’s legal system is quite different than in the US.
