Don’t put words in people’s mouths. They mean kids don’t have the experience to effectively weigh their options before performing something like prostitution.

Just because these kids find it an effective way to buy their wanted goods, just as any criminal in a tight bind decides to do so, doesn’t mean anyone (in this case the client) can jump on it with just a slap on the wrist. You want to put aside morals and talk law, but using this case as an example, the law will find whatever evidence it can to make charges based on its own morals.
