Well, they were all told that the requirement to join AKB act is to not get involved in relationships.

I think the guy’s pathetic for spending money on AKB merchandise in the first place, but as a lawyer, I would like to represent him in court because I think his argument actually holds some grounds considering all the information spread about the nature of AKB. Also, it might do the public good; this way, people will stop wasting money on buying dozens or hundreds of the samn damn CD and judge them by pure musical merit alone, as they should be considering their main product is music.
