Police Hunt Man for Standing at Station

Police are hunting a suspicious man spotted standing at the same platform as a group of schoolgirls.

Okayama police’s advisory service warns of an incident in which 3 high school girls were waiting for a train one evening, when they noticed a man stood at the same station.

He is described as being young, perhaps a middle or high schooler himself, and approximately 170cm tall and wearing glasses, a black short-sleeved top and black shorts.

Online there is much alarm at the depraved sorts who infest the nation’s railways and endanger the very flowers of its youth:

“I think he was just waiting for a train?”

“Existence is a crime now…”

“Give it a rest!”

“You guys again. It’s a crime for you to be seen by a schoolgirl, just remember that.”

“Being reported just for standing at a station…”

“He didn’t even talk to them?”

“The girls and the police are all idiots.”

“So now we get reported just for waiting for a train?”

“It’s too late to report suspicious behaviour after they have committed a crime! I for one support their decision.”

“Reported for greeting, waving, looking – now just for being, this is a new one at least.”/blockquote>

If you an American, you're considered a barbarian, so just act like you can take on thier whole department and crush a few heads, but quote Conan first "To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of their women"

I don't see the problem. If you have the power to randomly teleport, jail cells wouldn't be very effective,

Can't walk/ drive/ cycle by them in the street, ask for directions or catch the same trains from the same platforms. Teleportation suddenly seems a useful skill to have...

Or since you can teleport just teleport or just bring a tommy gun and lay the whole mess of them down and then teleport away.

The main use of a gun is to wiggle it around so the target shit's its pants. So you could say just pointing it on a criminal is using it.

I'm a 6 1" American. I'm pretty sure if I were in japan I'd get arrested for just being within a 5 mile radius of anything considered female.

That of course includes statues, paintings and traps.

The regular police in Japan do not carry guns.
Those that do have them don't use them often at least not like US cops.

All males in Japan will be required to wear a proximity sensor which will automatically activate and sound an alarm within 15 meters of the nearest female.

    Arrest and conviction is automatic.

The site says it is not related to the police or civil services in any way.

It says it does not take responsibility for the use of information on this site, whether it be beneficial or detrimental to concerned parties.

The girls most likely just saw a creepy looking guy and decided to report it to the site and the police probably dismissed it as a waste of their time.

He may run before the police arrives. I suggest we put an electroshock device inside the sensor so the moment the device gets activated it can also shock him and the police can easily pick him up.

"A male mannequin is currently being hunted by Okayama police. The mannequin was last scene in a lingerie store for women, which also caters to cross-dressers. At around 15:23 yesterday, three middle school girls went in to buy provocative lingerie for work. When they went to the changing rooms, one girl noticed a man within clear view of the changing room mirror, able to peep from his superior vantage point.

The girl screamed and shouted, but when she came out of the changing room, the 'man' was gone and all that remained was a life-like mannequin. The police were soon alerted of the incident and have begun searching for the pervert. The girl described that the man looked exactly like the mannequin, only not a mannequin. The police assume that he must have worn a disguise and moved the mannequin to peep on girls and should be discovered, to quickly switch places with the mannequin again and flee.

Police are warning people that the man must be a master of disguise and could be any man. They are also cautioning all adult stores and the like to make sure that their mannequins aren't alive. The Okayama police chief has assured the people that they will not rest until the man is caught. As for the lingerie store, they simply had their curtains extended higher."

    @ Anon 12:26

If only that was what it's wanting to ban only. It's way worse than that. I'm surprised SanCom hasn't even got an article on that yet. I mean it's Japan and it's "stupid". It's pretty big news.

    To summarize:
-"Intentionally" downloading uploaded illegal material is now punishable (How on earth you prove intention here?...)

-Ripping and copying for personal use isn't an excuse anymore. Also punishable.

-Sale of software that bypass copyright protection is illegal. (I guess just downloading also illegal)

Basically this means visiting Youtube or even NND to watch, listen or read something that is copyright can land a Japanese in prison. Even if said Japanese is on holiday in US while on Youtube.

I know the Japanese are in favor of ACTA and the like, but do they really ignore the consequences of such kinds of laws?

    How dare he outlaw ducks!
