It isn't all genetic... it is because most of us don't come into contact with the Sun much being in one building to another all the time. We don't use alcohol or smoke a lot. We don't eat that much crap, and stay healthy as much as possible.

True, I am 24 and people mistake me as a 12 year old to a 15 year old. I rarely drink alcohol, I stay out of the sun and eat healthy. Not doing those things are the biggest causes for aging a lot faster. Plus it is also genetic like you said, my dad was still getting carded in his 40's.
