There actually is a nipple in the manga. I can’t remember the chapter off-hand (between 40 and 50, I think?) but it’s when the idol girl is dressed up as the main girl, and she bends over but since she’s flat-chested the bra is too large, hence nipple.
Doubt we’ll get to that point in the anime, though.
