I have traveled around China since 2000 and most of the above can be seen daily, in cities large or small. There was one yesterday (8/27/2012) precariously balanced on a scooter, sound asleep. The Chinese people have a fabulous ability to fall asleep anywhere. Entire offices turn off lights during lunch hours so the staff can fall asleep at their desks.

Most of these farmers are more hard working than anyone from any nation. Japan cannot compare.
