I really hope there’s more to this than just what’s being said here. If she took some pictures and started blackmailing him, I could see there being some coercion then, but what kind of 12 year old has any leverage to “force” a 50 year old guy to both have sex with her, and pay her for it. No, I guarantee this at least started out with a girl who wanted sex and money and a guy who was perfectly willing to do it. Where it evolved from there, well there’s not enough information given.

If she had even remotely close to that body at 12, I can say I’d have had a really hard time putting up resistance to any offer though.
