Also Unreal 4 Engine is supposed to streamline game development so costs of gaming development, along with easier engine interfaces to help speed up development (even custom engines by Kojima or SquareEnix) will improve immensely.

  The reporter is clearly confused: Wii U was never meant to match any of the hardware specs of those high-powered loser machines. Only a stronger version of Wii. And of course Wii is far weaker in graphics than said machines. But it still outsold them.
