So basically what your saying is that the PS3 has not been able max it’s full potential, because less of powerful consoles.

It makes perfect sense since most Xbox 360 developed on the 360 look okay, while the PS3 version looks pretty degraded.
Maybe the WiiU will open us up for true HD gaming.

Also I read somewhere it’s depends on your monitor. Most TVs nowadays likely 720p at max or minimum so that may be a factor too.
