Pikmin 3 started development as a Wii game. Of course it’s not going to look as nearly as good as it could have.

Unless you expected them to scrap all assets and start from point zero because they decided to move it to the Wii U?

  The reporter is clearly confused: Wii U was never meant to match any of the hardware specs of those high-powered loser machines. Only a stronger version of Wii. And of course Wii is far weaker in graphics than said machines. But it still outsold them.
