Who says Japanese are small? As a female who seriously uses both western and japanese stuff, I do.
I buy most of my clothes from Japan, even bras and while I’m B75 in my own country I suddenly jump from that to C or D if it’s push up bra.

  They may be slimmer, but they’re also much, much shorter than the average western female. Therefore, they will appear more top heavy.
