Japanese girls usually do tend to be small even when they are a little chubby.
The same can be said of Koreans and Indians “I mean from India” as most of them I’ve seen tend to be more pettan side.
Actually I’ve never seen a busty Indian woman in person though I’ve seen some pretty well endowed Chinese women.
