They didn’t grow up much faster back in the day either. We just accepted that young adults often made stupid decisions and society lived with it because they are free to do so. We also didn’t lock people up for life.

    There is absolutely no standing to sue for moral damages due to cheating, even if it was bestiality with a horse. I can offer multiple reasons for this, but the main one is to avoid vexatious litigation on relationship breakdown.

If it was that easy, I think nobody would use facebook again. More likely he didn’t log out or she knew his password. Pffft….hack..yeah right. Why do they try to make it so dramatic “she hacked into her boyfriends account”. Should just put “She managed to gain access to her boyfriends account”
