lol, but in all seriousness, these list mostly apply only in Japan ~_~; In america I know girls with more figures, posters, cosplay items, and dakimakura!, than me, (i'm only at about 4 until I get my new car and plaster Miku all over it >:D )

Speaking of, I really want that dakimakura. I'll pay good money for it.

Well,that aside, going out is just playing/fooling around anyway, and playing with someone with somewhat different interests is always kinda... not fun in some way.
The real problem is if you'd find a wife with that because a man doesn't need a girlfriend but a reliable loving wife <_<

Just having girlfriends doesn't lead anywhere, it's a dead end once you miss your chance to jump off the train and get too old while fooling around (men 40+, women 30+).

Even if you can't get a girlfriend,as long as you can get a wife (what's way easier because you have to give up your selfishness if you seriously consider to marry someone, otherwise the marriage won't last very long :D So you all have still hope :P)

To sum it up, all depends on the selfishness of the girl and her plans for the future and not on the mans collection of otaku goods... Even a guy with tons of scientific books or model planes/cars/tanks/etc. can freak out a girl (or if you have a petspider and feed it with living mice while she's at your place xD)
