  WP7 could have been a good product but M$ management completely failed in the execution. The flaws are no UI customization, dictating hardware specs to vendors so all WP7 phone hardware is horribly out of date, no USB mass storage mode which is a huge no no, encrypting the SD card contents so it can only be read by the phone really WTF Microsoft. The only thing I’d do with a Lumia would be introduce it to a 7.62×39.
