Hmm, even stranger is the fact that the bundle is advertised along VS11. Wonder what they’re trying to accomplish here.

Either way, I don’t like VS very much (and having to download an English version afterwards anyway is a hassle), so importing it for the figure is out of the question. Maybe if they also bundled a GNU autotools integration to make it more useful…
