It’s wrong! Madoka shouldn’t be viewed by kids (say anyone under 12). I feel bad for any parents who misinterpret it for a family show.

Well I guess it really depends. Some characteristics does fit Kyouko and Homura to quite some extend but I guess they decided to go with Homura as Kuromi.
