With fuss over the content of late night anime as vociferous as ever, anime fans have been pondering the question of whether there really are any late night anime titles which are safe for family viewing, and if so, what they are.
Some of the suggestions on offer naturally tend to raise as many questions about the respondents and their families as they do about the content of late night anime:

I watched Ghost in the Shell with my dad (the movie). He really liked it and asked if there was more.

…..The people who suggested Ochinko, Elfen Lied, Ladies vs. Butlers and Yosuga no Sora must be trolls. If not then they have a few screws loose in their head. Who would watch that with their family…unless the whole family is into incest, walking around the house nude and other immoral acts. I mean those 4 shows are almost like death sentences. Well that’s enough on the common sense side.
Though watching Yosuga no Sora with your sister would be kinda epic from a bystandard’s point of view. It would be great amusement to see how the situation plays out.
