Sounds like you are the fanboy. The PC is objectively superior to consoles by being equal or better in every single technological aspect. There is not a single thing a console can do that a PC cannot do at least as well. Consoles are, after all, severely restricted computers. It’s not fanboyism to prefer the superior product, it’s just sensible. One is not a automobile elitist for being averse to the idea of owning a horse for everyday transportation.

Don’t buy DRM crapware then? There are more than enough games with reasonable or no DRM whatsoever. As for inability to sell used coppies, this is pretty much built into the new consoles. If you plan to go online with your console, then forget about buying used games.
