Yeah natural selection….
You are human being you dont follow natural order if you want to talk about natural selection throw away all unnatural things (or things that cause hram to nature) like PC,TV,GAMES ETC and go living with squirls or something.
BTW by your logic people with weal imunity system should just die without using any medication.
