Uhm…It is like that not matter who you’re talking too. If you insult an entire culture based on a small percentage of the population, then it is a false accusation that will insult others. You can say “America is full of fat and ignorant people” or “China is full of explosive products and people running over others to avoid hospital bills” both sides will take offense. They are both stupid comments thrown by both sides.
