You’re correct. All who watch this anime will eventually die, as will all who watch just about everything there is to watch will die. Watchers of Magnum PI reruns, of baseball games & watchers of two flies fucking on a window sill. Doomed, all of them.
If God does exist, then most definitely it is He who kills us, as it is He who gives us life. No argument there.
As far as “HIS WARRIOR EXECUTE HIS KILLING!”? Sorry, but I have a hard time believing in a team of God-sanctioned “warriors” out there with a bunch of anime geeks on their hitlist.
Why pay a bunch of hitmen? Why not just snap your fingers? You are God after all.

Why is everyone saying that this is like the manga? It perhaps is… on a superficial “tits and gore” level. In reality MP’s work is a lot more careless and humorous; just the loose, cartoony artwork is enough to give what he makes a VASTLY different tone from this show. This show feels a lot more like a normal “adult anime”.
