Shitty misleading headline and this guy is right about the PS4. This isn’t like going from 16-bit to 32-bit. The changes lessen every generation and difference between PS3 and PS4 is extremely minimal by comparison. Not worth the extra costs at all especially in Japan where graphics are never the biggest selling point.
