Actually it isn’t as good as one might think. They aren’t allowed to use your first donation. They must test you for various stuff etc.

They are allowed to use your second blood donation for the good of the world. So expect more of those events. And because otaku generally do not have sex, they are pretty good for blood donations. (All the stuff you get tested for is stuff one only gets from sex.)
