  Nipples are boring. The only people that care about nipples are infants and the infantile. I’d say why not just turn it into a hentai and get some vag shots goin’, but Japan has proven time and again that its artists, despite being peerless in their ability to depict (and improve) just about every other aspect of a real girl, still can’t draw a good looking vag to save their fucking lives.   I don’t think your issue is with the framrate. To me the actual framerate of the game looks buttery smooth. What i think your saying as far as the animation goes is something that they have done purposely to retain the effect of 2d style frame animation. Framerate vs Frames of animation
