I gave the first episode of Hyouka an honest try and walked away feeling bored of it. The background art is absolutely gorgeous though.
But as for story? Some sort of plot?? I’m not seeing it. I can’t even get into the characters. O_o If I watch this episode, will KyoAni make me a believer?

  Except this show isn’t K-On 3.0 It has more in common with Kami-sama no Memo-cho in set-up. Although, that tended to be more of a mystery of the week show, whereas this one will be dealing with one singular big mystery.
