Have you ever heard of a marijuana junkie? I think he was talking about crack/meth dealers.

His life is over, he will never get a good job now, she deserves at least that much punishment. How about this instead:
- Force colleges to deny her admission for life, ruining her chances at a good job.
- Put her on a list of people who commit fraud so the police never take her seriously again and they have to have ANY crime against her on tape.
- Force her to work and use the money to pay him a year's salary as soon as she is old enough to get a job.

Basically ruin her life forever to make an example out of her.

However, If OJ was a non celebrity NONE of that would have even come into play. He would never have been able to afford the legal defense team he assembled along with private investigators and the rest. He would be doing life in San Quentin and largely forgotten.
Justice is for the rich and those
of influence. Period!
Guys like the alleged groper have their lives destroyed by nothing more than a girls accusation (Since there is no recording of the supposed assault) which is why after 6 months the judge let him go. However the irreparable damage is already done. I'm quite sure if it had been some idol or politician the result would be very different.

Women, girls, boys, men... they WILL lie about sexual assault to get revenge on someone. Especially if they make it out so "Oh, he used a condom and took it with him!" like someone who accused one of my college buddies did.

Thankfully, he had VIDEO evidence (store surveillance) that he wasn't anywhere near the bitch in question when she was supposedly 'assaulted' AND her sister came forward saying that she had talked with her about making a false allegation because she was pissed at my buddy for not wanting to marry her.

IF THE GLOVE DOESN'T FIT, YOU HAVE TO ACQUIT! That is the bottom line there. I've seen the studies done where they PROVED that the glove could not have shrunk so much that O.J. couldn't put it on.

It's just impossible. Now, could he have hired someone to kill his wife and her boyfriend? Yeah and if they were smart, they would have focused on that from the start or at least entertained that notion.

Frankly, if I had been a police officer and heard something like that? I would have told the bitch "I don't believe you and I'm going to put it in my report that I don't believe you!" to cover my own ass and explain in the report exact why I didn't believe her.

Corporations especially are not going to do the right thing without a threat of litigation.

I don't know, OJ got away with double murder until he screwed himself in a botched robbery.

Wealth and celebrity at least afford you the best money can buy. Lawyers, judges, juries , publicity etc. Makes a big difference and is the primary reason the rich walk while the poor rot.
