shouldn’t the wall be designed to have its ends curved at the edges instead of having them be straight.like metal guardrails that eases into the wall. either that or something on the ends that crumples on impact, stopping any vehicles that go into it but doesn’t wildly bounce them back into traffic.

i’m not straying away from the fact that this is the fault of the driver though.
