It’s a combination of these facts: – both women and men (yeah, I find that most male anime fans feel too morally righteous to be able to watch those give a chance to those anime, and the few that do just review them badly for the rest of those people on the fence about them due to the ecchi) don’t bother with them, so they’re not popular enough to get onto any lists, and when it comes to voting no one probably even remembers …
