Same here, those guys don’t look like otaku to me. 15 to 16 NEET ? They’re either delinquent or hikkikomori, since they got out of their houses to steal and burn, I’d choose the first.
They’re most likely delinquent with otaku hobbies, AKB48 is quite popular in Japan, and even normal people goes to maid cafe.
