Can someone explain Japanese society to me concerning adultery? From what I read about it, mostly on here, the wife being cheated on is always called names, and is treated like they are the bad one.

Anywhere else the adulterer is the bad one, if you are cheated on its your duty to get back at the scum, and the other party, personally, if my wife had cheat on me, the guy she slept with would simply be a dead man, but in Japan it seems like everyone does it.
