Though I think small time counterfeiting might actually be a more serious crime then statutory rape in Japan.

  The truth is both products are crap but the no used game thing makes the Xbox one a little crappier. As for ram that remains to be seen the Xbox could actually be faster in practice if the video chip has it’s own dedicated ram despite the lower specs. Then there’s the 3d APIs and game engines which can matter more then the hardware.
