While it’s true that no one’s forcing them to watch, imagine you being a homophobic, watching T.V. and suddenly these kinds of ads come on. You’re a good person, so you won’t complain. You then switch the channel for a short while, wondering “Is it over yet?” countless of times.

…And when you switch the channel back, turns out you missed several seconds of the show you’re watching. Iunno for you, but I’d be pissed.
