  Yes even those made by the Japanese themselves usually suck terribly. The biggest issues in my book are they don’t stick to the story and decide to completely change it and somethings just don’t translate to 3D well.

  The truth is both products are crap but the no used game thing makes the Xbox one a little crappier. As for ram that remains to be seen the Xbox could actually be faster in practice if the video chip has it’s own dedicated ram despite the lower specs. Then there’s the 3d APIs and game engines which can matter more then the hardware.
