with special reference to 56 and 58, i totally agree. those two are swankier than many rooms i've seen.
I agree. Usually on these I'll chime in with how damn creepy most are, but it looks like the majority have taken it back a notch to sane levels. The cover story pic is clearly a hoarder, but after that they get pretty damn normal.
Some of those rooms are REALLY nice looking, like 58 and 75. Eh, the collections of manga and figs are impressive too I suppose.... but those other rooms... like a Sir.

I could easily own ten times that. These stuff are cheap compared to nice clothes, girlfriends, cars, traveling, going out and generally having a social life.

Some of these have to have been taken in the US or at least on base, firearms are illegal in Japan as are all forms of swords unless allowed by a public safety committee. As for the computers, anyone who's worked with a Japanese computer has seen the rather insane amount of hiragana scattered across the keys - unless PC's use western style keyboards as a standard and only factory computers have the character-laden ones.
