Apparently this “intellectual individual” makes a habit of judging things without actually bothering to “check out” what things are all about in an objective manner. To us “fans” of mysterious girlfriend x the fact that our favorite manga is getting an anime is the best news ever, and no, this is by no means a “creepy otaku” animea as it has been suggested, it’s just pure school anime fun.
