They do look fake, but while I don't agree with Anon 01:56's logic, I also don't agree with your statement that it's only in anime that it's possible to keep breasts of that size (maybe if they were even bigger, but these aren't THAT big) in a perfect shape. It's hard, but not impossible I think. She might just be lucky (or, seeing as so many immediately denounce them as fake, maybe she's unlucky...), and have naturally well-shaped breasts.
