  You guys are all wrong and have obviously never seen a breast with an implant. There are no scars, you can’t inject silicon into a nipple, and there is an extremely slight (almost unnoticeable) sag in her breasts. There is a procedure where a doctor can introduce an implant through a naval, but it’s got some complications and is twice as expensive. A women’s breasts can be naturally this spherical due to a low fat content in the breasts, it’s rare but it happens.
