I know I'm in minority here, but shows like this ruin everything with too forced fanservice. This actually had an interesting plot and good female cast, but... I'm sorry but this trend of too much nudity kills the entire anime.If I'm gonna fap I'll do it to hentai.
I think the fan service is fine, it doesn't intrude on the plot that much (in fact, in most cases they've included it as part of the plot).
Plus, ya know, I'm not allergic to breasts or anything. It really doesn't bug me.

But the nudity minus a little doesnt seem out of place when they use it in this, like the whole bed scene with her was because she wanted to nullify the marriage she has with the dick head phoenix fella.But I am really enjoying the plot, and the setup and even the culture of all the characters and looking forward to seeing the rating game. Its 52 episodes apparently its gonna be around for ages!! I hope it doesnt stray far from the light novels it is following that will annoy me.

Unless there's a season 2, Highschool DxD is only 12 episodes long, 13 if you count the OVA.

The fanservice here is not intruding. It was in Kampfer or Freezing, but here it's not that intruding.
I don't think you are a minority. Most people actually do watch anime for its entertainment purpose rather than the "side effect" fanservice.
However, this IS a fanservice show. Ecchi IS to be expected and it IS aimed at those people looking for it. SO... It does not "ruin everything". Just like people watch Mahou shoujo shows expecting to see magical girls.
