I figured that Kanbaru would edge out the non lolis in this kind of list.

Bitch or no bitch, she's still a great character. Better than Sena too.. who's way to moe (in the anime, she does have a sexy moments) and just a whiny bitch. I hate her personality.. Too overdone.
