fuck not only is Sailor Moon absent, which in my opinion invalidate this whole list, but wuere are characters like Minky Momo, Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne,Kaitou Saint Tail,Mahou Shoujo Lalabel, Nurse Angel Ririka SOS, Corrector Yui, CCS, Wedding Peach
heck there are way too many more worthy characters to the title. in recent years
the characters in the mahou shoujo genre aren’t close to what they used to be. they are more like wizards and that’s all. but mahou shoujos used to have a innocence quality and a naive view of things no longer present in recent years characters.
