Miku isn’t flat to begin with. In fact, even KEI’s original design of Miku has some decent lumps on her chest. Just be happy she wasn’t redesigned by a Bakunyu artist.

The whole “Miku has no boobs” thing is nothing but just a similar case to the inconsistency of Izayoi Sakuya’s breast size as depicted by fans and various artists; some think her a a busty maid, some believe hers are just around average, others speculate her as a pad-wearing pettanko.
