    About time SanCom makes another review of this wonderful anime. I was hoping for that.

    While I enjoyed the Louise x Henrietta semi-yuri bath fight, the Louise x Saito night bath scene was full of pure sweetness.

    I still haven't had time to read the novels, but I noted that the F season is inconsistent with the previous seasons in various ways:
    All of a sudden all Void mages have a single designated spell
    All of a sudden there's a bunch of Void mages running about
    All of a sudden there's a Void magic that doesn't take any time to cast (Accelerate)
    All of a sudden Henrietta supposedly appointed Siesta to Saito
    All of a sudden Tiffania is a Void Mage

    So effectively the whole basis for Void Mages in the first few seasons, what with the blank book and Louise using Dispel is all forgotten and her random explosions are now her Void Magic? Seriously, wtf?

    Hentietta did appoint Siesta to Saito when he was knighted in Princess no Rondo. Tiffania being a Void Mage was also hinted at during some episodes, like when she was singing about the various Void Mage familiars.

    I gotta second this motion. length does not mix well with consistency in really any anime. For what it's worth though, I'm glad to see this anime is going to see its conclusion, even if it's taking a few bad liberties here and there with story.

    This guy waged war on cancer just to share his work with the world, the least we can do is watch it.

    seconded. Kirche is awesome, and it saddens me how she got demoted to an extra in later seasons (the comparative lack of H-doujins doesn't help). Though, if I were Saito, I might understand having some qualms about her considering she's obviously a total slut (though, when your alternative is a bitch who makes you sleep on the floor...). I also like Tiffania (she's nice, and her tits are equal to, if not better than, Kirche's) and Jessica (who doesn't appear enough).

    I really liked the first season. But somehow I got really tired of the whole formula they played over and over and over again every freaken seasons afterward. When this season rolled around, I just decided to not care anymore.

    haven't read the light novels, but I hear they decided to seriously start fucking up the plot after the first season. A real shame, considering some of the stuff I read on TVTropes that we supposedly missed out on. For example, Saito and Louise's contract expiring at the beginning of season 3... in the anime, this leads to more typical "we're actually meant for eachother" bullshit, with no conflict beyond the possibility of Saito leaving (and in the anime version, who would blame him if he did?). In the novels, Saito goes into hysterics because he doesn't know what the fuck's going on and the familiar contract was brainwashing him to like Louise the entire time... like, holy shit, who in their right mind could NOT adapt something like that? 0.0 Instead, we just get more overdone Rie tsundere antics and a very half-assed romance to go with it (seriously, I want the anime version to give at least some justification as to why the hell Saito doesn't leave that bitch for one of the several girls, with nicer bodies AND personalities, pining for him... even an admission to being a masochist would suffice). -_-

    You know what's sad? Rie's pigeon-holed roles seem like they're meant to be involved in some sort of "looks aren't everything" romance plot (seriously, how many times does she play a loli tsundere in a harem full of girls renowned for having humongous tits?). The problem with this? It doesn't fucking work; her characters have utterly rotten personalities, and with some exceptions, they never seem to develop over the course of the story (characters like Louise and Aria act like selfish, demanding bitches who don't even treat their supposed love interest like a human being at the start of the series, they're still selfish, demanding bitches who aren't treating their supposed love interest like a human being by the end of the season, and the next season, and they'll most likely remain as such by the end of the series). These characters only exist to cater to the M crowd in the most blatant fashion imaginable. Contrast this to the busty girls, who actually do tend to act like decent people (or in the case of Hidan no Aria, a lot less of a bitch than the main).
