I'd say the best and most accurate ones are the "white people" without any doubt and if this is the "best cosplay" they've seen, even they agree, lol.
Most of these cosplayers look nothing like the original. So it's definitely a failed list. You want accurate? Check out Kanda Midori, K Miyuko, and Saya.
Weirdly, though the Taiga cosplay is very well done it made me realize that I always viewed Taiga as Japanese...

I find most of them fantastic.
Could see how a quality camera makes a difference on the final result of a cosplay. Only a really good cosplay could still look good on a low quality photo (like that Samus cosplay)

I'd say MOST of them do. But that's really just because they're focused on their favorite characters instead of doing ones that fit their already existing look.

Some cosplay aren't high since the person who is cosplaying is the wrong one... > - > hate me for this but I've seen a lot better cosplayers than those americans trying to cosplay japanese characters. Surely Americans are good cosplayers in the "MARVEL" or "DC" characters or the games that they actually made. But don't ever count them as one of the high lvl for japanese characters.. They just don't fit them at all...
