I have been waiting so long for this, although more eila and sanya in the teaser would have hyped me up even more.
Barbarian nations is right - its gonna be a long long tiem to get the dvd, what with distributors pulling out of the US.
Getting it no zoned will likely mean it will be pirated by bootleggers with shitty subs.
Fortunately it will be a completely new story, not a rehash like Clannad the movie -epic failure

LOL as someone who owns a lot of Anime both official and not I can tell you that fansubs are the best and dubs are the worst, specially those meant for TV.
just so it properly and order the Japanese blu-ray...
Pretty sure the U.S. will see a release since FUNimation handles Strike Witches, but they are wanna release a Blu-ray with dub and Enlgish subs and Japan is not gonna allow that too soon.

In the trailer they say ___ (sounds like the font helvetica lol)is in forefront in medicine then Yoshika says she'll go study abroad. Then the others say she is in Gallia.
Could be somekind of a spin-off where they started with Yoshika before she joined in the troop and end with a different storyline.
Anyway, I seriously can't help but watching Yoshika with the image of Shiguma Rika in my head..
