I really wonder what’s in store for creators of Naruto and Bleach and maybe One Piece after this. Some of my favorite mangaka in history like the Rumiko Takahashi went from legendary stuff like Ranma 1/2 to Inuyasha which was a fun ride, despite her inexperience with shonen style fighting manga.
Also, as bad as some parts of Bleach was, the characters’ style and aesthetic was fantastic. And there were some really great moments here and there (and oh yeah, pretty boys/girls filling up every page!).
It has its faults, the abject haters don’t need to keep bringing it up. But it was fun.

I don’t know if I can agree. Inuyasha largely ended in a timely fashion compared to most anime adaptation out there. The manga dragged on, but at least it finished. Naruto the manga doesn’t really have the kind of filler material Bleach has. Whatever anime filler they put in is largely Studio Pierro’s fault for elongating the story like they did with Dragonball.

Bluray would be a good option if they weren’t so hideously expensive. It’s not like how it is in the West where most Bluray are priced criminally low (unless it’s a well known TV show, where they mark up the prices to Japanese-levels)

As a nation, it should be a shameful thing to preach on like this. Especially for a conquering nation that was hell bent on taking over foreign lands for hundreds of years with countless failed attempts (and several successful ones …

I think it had enough drama to be impactful regardless. I still wonder why Tomoe Mami is chosen over Miki Sayaka considering Sayaka suffered so much throughout the season and was arguably the main hero of the story.

I kind of wish the blue and white part of her uniforms were reversed. Because the blue outline makes her look wider than she is. /fashion-geek
