This isn't about good or bad eyesight it's about how well your vision detects subtle variations in grayscale and how well your brain canperceive the image in spite of all those tiny diagonals masking the image

I can see her clearly at any angle with or without reading glasses on. However, I remember a similar picture of a sailboat hidden among color dots which had me staring for hours before I can figure it out and I'm not color blind either. It was a matter of fixing your field of focus on the picture; not the dots.

lowering your head of your desktop table as if trying to peep at a girls skirt, you can see a little bit of the image also adjust your distance with your monitor :D
