I saw them during the past Summer at Comiket 80.
Those Lucky Star cosplayers at Comiket 80 are the exactly the same people and same costume. I took some phone photos to compare it with.
During C80, those Lucky Star cosplayers were cosplaying on the second floor deck right outside of the commercial booth area at Tokyo Big Sight....
I expect these cosplayers to cosplay a new character rather than recycling the same costume over and over...

obvious thing is obvious, half up of the galleries are taken from c80. No visitor wear jackets and I remember few of the cosplay pictures (especially the shinobu-bakemonogatari cosplay).
